Over the next six months, Prologis will bring to market nine modern, sustainable buildings in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. The developer currently has nine logistics facilities under construction in CEE totalling around 200,000 square meters of space.

Echo Investment has signed preliminary sales agreements with Resi4Rent for four projects under development in Warsaw, Wrocław and Łódź for a combined price of €78.6 million (PLN 338.7 million). Warimpex officially opened Ogrodowa Office, a modern office building in the centre of Łódź, located in the vicinity of Piotrkowska street, the Manufaktura, and Vienna House Andel’s Łódź. The building provides more than 28,000 sqm of space, of which nearly 4,000 will be occupied by commercial and service outlets as well as food amenities. The building has received the occupancy permit and the first tenants of office and service premises have already moved in.

The company managing a food supermarket chain has leased additional 11,300 sqm, doubling the warehouse space used in MLP Lublin. The additional space is slated for delivery at the end of April 2019.

WeWork will open its latest location at Warsaw’s Europejski scheme. Europejski, formerly known as the Europejski Hotel, is a mixed-use building offering Class A+ office and retail space. It is also home to the Raffles Europejski Warsaw hotel.

CA Immo signed and closed a sales and purchase agreement to acquire the centrally located Warsaw Spire C office building comprising of 21,700 sqm GLA in Warsaw, Poland. The transaction volume of the fully leased landmark Class A property amounts to around €100 million, the annual gross rental income reaches around €5.4 million. With this transaction, CA Immo takes another step in its CEE core market expansion strategy, setting the path for continued growth of the companies´ recurring earnings. According to plan, the acquisition will already contribute to recurring earnings (FFO) of CA Immo in the fourth quarter of 2018. Greenberg Traurig (legal), KPMG (tax) and Arcadis (technical) acted as advisors to CA Immo.
