City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV will eventually comprise two buildings with a combined area of over 45,000 sqm. The remaining space is to be developed on a speculative basis and will take the form of Small Business Units (SBU).

Being situated in the city’s Włochy district next to Warsaw’s Southern Bypass results in the park making a superb base for last-mile logistics. Access to the South Warsaw junction of the S2 as well as to the S7, S79 and S8 ensures tenants good road connections not only with the greater Warsaw urban area but also with every major city in the country.
