Panattoni has been granted a €75 mln loan by Citibank (London Branch). The funds are to finance Panattoni Park Sulechów III.

The latest Savills report highlights Poland as an emerging logistics powerhouse, particularly considering recent geopolitical and economic changes. With its strategic location and rapidly expanding infrastructure, Poland is becoming a logistics and production hub for markets in Western Europe and Scandinavia, attracting investors and global corporations that are diversifying risk and shifting operations from Asia to Europe.

CTP has announced its sixth manufacturing and logistics investment in the Warsaw region, CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik. This new industrial and logistics park will include four warehouses with a total area of over 76,300 sqm, and construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2025.

P3 Logistic Parks and Orlen have signed a lease agreement for nearly 24,000 sqm of warehouse space at P3 Piotrków Park, in Poland.

According to a report published by Newmark Polska, despite an observed slowdown in occupier and developer activity, the European warehouse market continues to expand and is searching for a new equilibrium point. Excellent transportation connectivity via the D1 highway has attracted a significant investment to Přerov, Czech Republic. RC EUROPE will build a modern industrial park that will create thousands of new jobs and strengthen the regional economy. This will make Přerov an attractive location for investors.

DHL Supply Chain announced the opening of its first warehouse in Poland equipped with a fully automated AutoStore system. This robotised warehouse in Gorzów Wielkopolski marks the first deployment of the AutoStore system by the company in the CEE region. 

Panattoni is constructing the third and final building in the Panattoni Park Warsaw West development. The 16,460 sqm building is being constructed to meet the needs of XBS Logistics and the logistics operator plans to start operating in the new warehouse facility from July 2025.

Panattoni has been granted a loan for the development of a new distribution centre for a large retailer. The €36.5 million loan was granted by BNP Paribas. The BTS centre is to be built in Szczecin and will comprise an area of over 54,000 sqm.

P3 Logistic Parks has delivered a new built-to-suit warehouse at P3 Piotrków Park for InPost, providing an additional 38,404 sqm of space.
