Cavare has signed an agreement to sell the Palio C project on Jana z Kolna Street in Gdańsk to Urban Partners, formerly known as Nrep.

Trigranit has announced the signing of a lease extension agreement with Ringier Axel Springer Polska, securing the continuation of its office space lease at the Signum Work Station complex in Warsaw's Mokotów district for four years. Panattoni is beginning the next stage of Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV with a new 26,300 sqm warehouse in Nadarzyn. Polish sports brand DZIK will be the first tenant of the facility, marking the company's first standalone warehouse.

CTP has completed the first phase of its industrial-logistics park in Puchały near Warsaw. The finished building covers nearly 9,134 sqm and the developer is simultaneously constructing another facility with 22,055 sqm.
