Construction of the second phase of the Skyliner office complex, owned by the Karimpol Group, has reached the halfway point. At 65 metres high, the 15th floor walls are currently being built, marking half of the target height. Each floor is constructed in five days, with completion scheduled for Q4 2026.

CA Immo has announced that the Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw is now fully leased following the signing of new contracts with three companies, which together took 3,500 sqm of space. The property is now home to 12 tenants from different industries, while the ground floor hosts the BursztyNova Restaurant and Café, open to both employees and external visitors.

Two Class A office buildings in Warsaw – Nefryt and Topaz, located on Domaniewska Street – have been sold in a transaction involving a UK-based private equity fund and Resolution Capital Management. Cushman & Wakefield advised one of the buyers and continues to manage the complex, while Colliers represented the seller.

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) has provided in total €40 million investment loan facilities to an office fund. The fund will use the financing for the acquisition of two office buildings in Warsaw and to improve their ESG status. The asset management will be done by George Leslie, Resolution Capital Management.
