Panattoni has completed the construction of City Logistics Warsaw IX. The centre with an area of over 13,000 sqm is situated in Targówek Fabryczny and already has its first tenants.

City Logistics Warsaw IX was built at the junction of ul. Utrata and ul. Zabraniecka to meet the needs of urban logistics and e-commerce. Already, almost half of the centre has been occupied by Inter-Mlecz - a distributor of some of the largest food brands. The tenant has moved its operations from a nearby location. GESPAR, a distributor of medical and hygiene products for both adults and children, has also signed up as a tenant.

“With its strategic location next to Warsaw’s main arterial roads, our new centre – City Logistics Warsaw IX – meets the market’s growing need for warehouse space optimised for fast last-mile deliveries. Furthermore, our space not only meets the highest standards in its effectiveness and its innovation but is also designed to be fully customisable to the different needs of our clients. This is a place where technology and access go hand in hand to meet the challenges of modern urban logistics”, says Karolina Przygoda, an Associate Leasing Director at Panattoni.

The centre’s roof has been reinforced ready for the installation of solar panels.

Across Poland to date, the developer has delivered over 600,000 sqm in last-mile delivery centres. In Warsaw alone, the urban parks constructed by Panattoni already comprise over 150,000 sqm of space.
