The ambition of YIT Slovakia is to change the method of preparation and implementation of constructions into an ecosystem based on cooperation and mutual benefit. "Only through the ambition to change ourselves can we change the entire industry. The new ecosystem will allow us to build an identical building as the competition, but 20% cheaper, half as fast and better," Milan Murcko, CEO at YIT Slovakia, explains.

The key should be consistent digitisation, high productivity of all activities, also changes in company culture. The adjustment of the company's organisational structure is also related to this.
