On the right bank of the Danube, the new neighbourhood developments have been underway for several years. JTRE is preparing the Nové Lido and Penta Real Estate the Southbank project. For their plans to become a reality,  the green light has been needed from city councillors to change the city master plan and swap city land. At the end of 2024, the Slovak residential real estate market has seen prices increase by 3% between quarters. Year-on-year growth rose to 6.7% over the same period. All types of apartments, as well as family houses, have become more expensive, comments Roman Vrbovský, the analyst at the National Bank of Slovakia in its latest market analysis.

Alto Real Estate has obtained a valid zoning decision to construct its warehouse area at the entrance to Bratislava at the beginning of January. The process of obtaining a building permit is currently underway.
