The developer Woodrock is preparing the modified mixed-use project Slnečný vrch in Devínská Nová Ves in Bratislava for execution. For now, only the building permit process is to be completed, reports yimba.sk.
The project plan has had a long history since 2010. In 2017, there was a change of owner and concept of the plan. The current developer, Slnečný vrch s.r.o., connected to the company Woodrock, decided on extensive modifications. The original concept was replaced by a mixed-use complex with a central park, a square, a system of water retention measures and an adjusted building height. In addition to residential areas, commercial operations, services and office areas are planned. The development will consist of five to nine-storey buildings.
In September 2022, the project received a valid EIA decision, and subsequently a zoning decision. Currently, a proposal for issuing a building permit has been submitted.
