Consulting company Walter Herz has been appointed the leading agency responsible for commercialisation of space in EQ2 office building in Warsaw, developed by Waryński Group. Handover is planned for March 2021.


The Walter Herz team is responsible for the commercialisation of the office and commercial space of the EQ2 investment, which is being developed in the district of Wola, adjacent to the city centre, which is the most dynamically developing area in Warsaw. The company's tasks include developing a rental strategy, comprehensively conducting the process of acquiring tenants, as well as coordinating promotional and marketing activities that accompany project implementation.

The investment, which belongs to Waryński Group, is located at the intersection of Wschowska and Juliana Konstantego Ordona streets in Warsaw. The office building is being built in the rapidly expanding Warsaw area of Odolany, in the vicinity of EQlibrium building. The eight-storey office building will offer over 4300 sqm of space and 36 parking spaces located on two underground floors, including the possibility of assigning storage rooms. EQ2 will be BREEAM certified at level Very Good. Among the planned pro-ecological activities there are also the distribution of city hives on the green part of the building's roof and taking care of bees.

EQ2 also has space for services, located on the ground floor of the building. The type of services has not yet been determined. The commercial space, the main entrance to the office building and the garage entrance have been designed to be located at Wschowska Street. Greenery, elements of small architecture and pedestrian crossings were arranged by Ordona Street.

Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
  • iO Partners has announced key leadership changes within its Czech Republic operations as part of its ongoing business evolution. Milan Kilik has been appointed as the new Head of Office Leasing, with a particular focus on client advisory and team collaboration. Concurrently, Petr Kareš has transitioned into the role of Occupier Business Development Director. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and integrating services across Tenant Representation, Project Management, and Industrial Leasing.
