Romanian developer Transilvania Construcții is recording a 45% increase in the demand for offices within its industrial portfolio in Romania.
Offices are requested for the HR, accounting, or technical support departments of companies that are already present in the developer’s projects.
“We all know that the need for proximity in cities has become increasingly important. We see the same thing in our market segment, given that our parks are strategically developed in key areas of the country, in very dynamic cities like Cluj, Bacău, Arad, or Oradea, and that is why there is a need to stay connected to the main activity of their businesses. In all our warehouses, larger administrative office spaces have been requested over the last three years”, explains Paul Barna, Property Manager at Transilvania Construcții.
The developer's portfolio comprises 250,000 sqm of leasable space in 83 industrial and logistic spaces.
