Colliers International is to manage the Graffit office building, located in the Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Zeus Capital Management acquired the property in January 2019 and is managing it on behalf of a selected group of investors.  

Ethos, a Class A office building located at the heart of Warsaw, has been sold by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties to a Credit Suisse Asset Management real estate fund. Avison Young and CBRE jointly represented the seller throughout the sales process.

Tenants are still eager to choose Warsaw's Służewiec district for their headquarters. The district also has a rapidly developing residential sector. These factors are enhancing the district’s image as an attractive place to live.  Nearly 35,000 sqm of office space was leased in Q1 2019, 3,900 apartments delivered to the market in the last three years with transactions worth over €600 million concluded in the office market since 2015 - JLL analysed investor activity in Warsaw’s Służewiec Przemysłowy.

Immofinanz is acquiring the Warsaw Spire Tower Building in the Polish capital through the purchase of the respective property holding companies. This roughly 220 metre-high office tower has approximately 71,600 sqm of rentable space, with roughly 65,000 sqm representing offices and the remainder used primarily for retail purposes. The agreed property value for the office tower amounts to approximately €386.0 million. The expected annual rental income based on invoiced rents totals roughly €19.6 million. The sellers are Ghelamco Group, which completed the tower in 2016, and Madison International Realty, a global Real Estate Private Equity Firm.

Golub GetHouse’s new real estate brand, Inspirentals, will be the vehicle for development projects in the Private Rented Sector offering a range of amenities available to all residents that are rare on the Polish market. The Warsaw-based Postępu Apartments (working name) and Liberty Tower projects, among others, will be completed under the new Inspirentals brand.

Leading Cities Invest, a KanAm Grund Group fund, has entered the Polish market by acquiring the Renaissance office building in central Warsaw from a fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Europa Capital has completed a comprehensive refurbishment of Warsaw’s Radisson Blu Centrum Hotel, which has now reopened as a five star Radisson Collection branded hotel.
