Belgian company WDP, which is developing logistics and industrial spaces, has €116 million worth ongoing projects locally, according to data from the 2020 financial report. Last year, WDP finalised 223,000 sqm of logistics after an investment of €134 million.

Fashion House, part of  Liebrecht & wooD Group, announced that the new outlet from Bucharest is 70% leased and will open on March 25thh.

One United Properties announces the lease agreement with Superbet for an 8,206 sqm office space in One Cotroceni Park in Bucharest.
