Panattoni has finalised the sale of a centre in Lower Silesia. An international real estate company has purchased Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate with a total area of 46,900 sqm. The price has not been revealed.

At the same time, 47% of respondents are against being mandated to work a fixed number of in-office days.

LCP Properties has officially opened its 48th retail park under the M Park brand in Poland, which is also the fifth in the Pomeranian region. M Park Reda has a total of 4,433 sqm of GLA space with 13 tenants. Development works began in mid-May 2023, and the general contractor of the project was STB Budownictwo.

Futureal Investment Partners, a member of Futureal Group, and 1 Asset Management, an investment management company, backed by real estate development company Hanner, have announced the successful transaction involving the division and sale of two buildings within Lipowy Office Park located at Żwirki I Wigury St. in Warsaw, Poland. The price has not been revealed.

Entalpia Europe, a provider of HVAC-R solutions, has become the first tenant of the Hillwood Łazy logistics centre. Entalpia Europe has leased 14,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,200 sqm of office space and will commence operations at the facility in Q3 2024.

The seller is RockCapital, and the buyer is ME Invest, a company owned by TERG S.A., the owner of the Media Expert chain. The Avison Young investment team represented the seller in the transaction process. The price has not been disclosed.
