Ambitious revitalization plans, a thriving academic centre, nearly one million inhabitants living within its metropolitan area, as well as an increasingly improving infrastructure and extensive transport network are factors that are shaping the image of Łódź as a strong location for real estate investors. However, not only the office market is developing rapidly in the city. According to the report concluded by JLL, the City Hall of Łódź and HAYS Poland entitled "Łódź - Revitalizing a vibrant business and living hub", the residential and hotel segments are also achieving better results.

Panattoni Europe embarks on the construction of Panattoni Park Częstochowa. It is the developer’s first project of this kind in the north of the Silesian voivodeship. Two modern halls will offer in total 30,400 sqm of Class A space. Construction works are set to begin in October, and the first units will be handed over to tenants in February 2020.

Wrocław is one of the most rapidly developing business centres in Poland and the third largest office market in the country. Trei Real Estate GmbH. a property developer and property asset holder for residential and retail real estate, keeps expanding its portfolio of Polish retail parks. The company, which is part of the Tengelmann Group, just opened its 13th retail park of the Vendo Park brand in Poland, this one in the town of Ostroleka. The total investment cost equals c. €3.8 million. The icity has around 52,000 residents and lies roughly a 90-minute ride north of Warsaw.

Tri-City continues to attract investments and the three cities' office sector continues to expand. The uniqueness of the Tri-City market is underpinned by the fact that the largest office complex in Poland is located here. What's more, Poland's first office park to be located within an airport is planned for Gdańsk, while Gdynia will offer unique office space situated on the waterfront. According to last year's JLL estimates, in 2021 Tri-City will be the third-largest regional market with office supply exceeding one million sqm.

Vastint Poland has entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of the first stage of Business Garden Poznan. The Singaporean fund Cromwell European REIT became the new owner of the property.

Globalworth confirmed the completion of the delisting of its Polish subsidiary, Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V. from the Warsaw Stock Exchange with effect from 29 September 2019.  With the company's shareholding in GPRE having reached 99.92%, the remaining shares in GPRE will now be acquired through a mandatory acquisition, thereby completing this process.
