Accolade expands in Bydgoszcz, ultimately investing over €200 million in four modern warehouse parks, with a total area of over 240,000 sqm. At the same time, the investor is launching a new, €40 million project in nearby Piła. 

Within a month, BSH, the largest producer of home appliances in Europe, will be using over 12,000 sqm within Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź III. The building will be used for storing tumble dryer components. This far Panattoni has delivered three developments with a combined area of around 150,000 sqm for BSH. Moreover, as part of the CEL Hub, the developer has delivered Appliance Park for component suppliers that serve the BSH factory. 

Arrow Capital Partners, the specialist investor, developer and manager of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has acquired the Ożarów Logistics Centre in Poland from CBRE Investment Management for its Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus. The price has not been disclosed. Burlington Real Estate acted for Arrow.

New York and San Francisco have emerged as the most expensive flexible office markets worldwide, while Berlin is one of the fastest-growing European markets, according to Workthere, a flexible office listing platform launched by Savills, that helps occupiers find flexible workspace.

Echo Investment has had another successful year. The obtained net profit of PLN 189 million mainly results from handing over to customers 1,622 apartments built by Echo Investment, as well as 1,128 apartments of Archicom, an increase in the value of office buildings and stronger performance of the Libero shopping centre.

Develia plans to deliver 600-800 apartments in the Private Rented Sector segment (PRS, institutional rental market) this year, the company said. The current land bank allows the company to build nearly 9,000 sqm premises.

Warimpex, a real estate development and investment company based in Vienna, has appointed Savills as the exclusive leasing adviser for office space in its new office complex located in Białystok at the junction of Bohaterów Monte Cassino and Wyszyńskiego streets. Real estate advisory firm Savills anticipates that some of the immediate knock-on effects of the war in Ukraine on the Polish logistics market will include sustained demand for new warehouse projects amid construction difficulties and a prospect of rental growth in ready-to-occupy facilities.

The influx of refugees has resulted in further demand on Poland’s already fast-paced residential market. HB Reavis has just obtained the occupancy permit for Forest tower, one of its flagship investments that is almost fully leased. With fit-out works now in progress in the 55,000 sqm Tower, the campus offers its full complement of 78,000 sqm GLA.
