Panattoni has completed a production and business centre for Danfoss Poland. The 13,000 sqm complex of buildings together with its accompanying facilities was completed a year after the launch of construction work. Dekpol was the general contractor. 

WOOD & Company Real Estate Fund will acquire the Astrum Business Park office building in Warsaw from Prochem S.A. and the LFI investment fund, marking the Fund’s first real estate acquisition in Poland. The building has a total leasable area of over 23,000 sqm and is fully leased. The transaction is subject to the tax ruling procedure, the company announces on its website.

White Star Logistics, a joint venture between White Star Real Estate and Bain Capital Credit, will build a 30,000 sqm logistics and manufacturing park in Łodź. The complex will consist of two buildings, the first of which will be commissioned in the first half of 2023. This is another investment of White Star Logistics, which was announced in recent months - after warehouse parks in Raszyn, Nowy Konik and Toruń. 

Globalworth has entered into an agreement with Żabka for a number of Żabka Nano self-service stores to open in the company's office buildings in 2022. The first stores have already opened in buildings B and D of Quattro Business Park – a modern office complex in Kraków. The openings of Żabka Nano stores in office buildings represents the latest stage in the expansion of the largest chain of self-service stores in Europe, which already amounts to 41 outlets.

With the purchase of a land plot on Marywilska Street in northern Warsaw, the DLE Poland fund, launched in 2021, has successfully finalised its first transaction. The property is located in a district that is undergoing a transformation from a purely industrial to a purely residential area.

Blackbrook Capital, a European independent real estate investment firm focusing on mission-critical supply chain assets, announced the funding for the development of a 45,000 sqm Class-A logistics facility in Western Poland.

GLP has launched the development of two new warehousing projects in Poland: the third phase of construction at Poznań Airport Logistics Centre and the first building of Warsaw V Logistics Centre.
