IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced its first Holiday Inn & Suites property in Europe by signing Holiday Inn & Suites Budapest Centrale – part of its Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts brand. The new hotel will offer 170 rooms and is set to open in late 2026.

A leading regional parcel logistics operator has secured industrial space at East Gate Pro Business Park, developed by Wing. The third hall of the park was completed last year, and the fourth one is to be completed by the end of 2024.

Hungarian developer and construction company Kész Group will build a 5,300 sqm office building in the heart of the important Southern city of Szeged. Lufthansa Systems Hungary has already secured space there. The handover is scheduled for Q2 2025.

The new property will offer 28,000 sqm of warehouse and 4,000 sqm of office in Üllő, which already hosts other major retailers. The construction is to start in January and handover is scheduled for the end of 2025 and the early months of 2026.

Local developer Chain Bridge Venture Kft. (CBV) has launched a new development project aiming to build a state-of-the-art multifunctional centre not far from the Puskás Ferenc Stadium and Papp László sports arena. The handover is expected in 2026.

Full-service logistics provider DB Schenker has prolonged its lease contract in CTP's logistics centre in the important regional city of Székesfehérvár. CTP Hungary was represented by 108 Real Estate, portfolio.hu reports.
