Globalworth has announced the appointment of Dennis Selinas as the new CEO starting January 2023, replacing Dimitris Raptis, who will step down from the executive role and the position of board member at the end of this year. 

Global Vision and Globalworth Industrial are expanding their joint portfolio with Mureș City Logistics, an industrial and logistics last mile project with a total leasable area of 18,000 sqm. The new investment is slated for delivery in Q1 2023.

17 Globalworth’s properties in Poland have obtained the WELL Health-Safety Rating safety certification. This means that those assets now meet high health and safety requirements, providing healthy environment for work and social interaction in the face of post-pandemic challenges.

Globalworth has entered into an agreement with Żabka for a number of Żabka Nano self-service stores to open in the company's office buildings in 2022. The first stores have already opened in buildings B and D of Quattro Business Park – a modern office complex in Kraków. The openings of Żabka Nano stores in office buildings represents the latest stage in the expansion of the largest chain of self-service stores in Europe, which already amounts to 41 outlets.
