Globalworth has completed the acquisition of two additional land plots adjacent to its assets on the Gara Herastrau/Barbu Vacarescu corridor of Bucharest for approximately €16 million. These plots are anticipated to allow for the development of 40,000 sqm of commercial (predominantly office) space. The company published an update for its operations.

Globalworth is, according to zf.ro, in talks with NEPI Rockcastle to acquire The Office Cluj and City Business Centre Timisoara. The investor completed a €330 million ordinary share issue at the end of last year and intends to use the money raised for investments in Poland and Romania.

Globalworth provided an update on a number of initiatives completed prior to year-end: the acquisition of two land plots in Bucharest, an increase in its shareholding in Griffin Premium RE and the completion of the EPP deal.

Globalworth announced that is has acquired a 67.90% of the issued share capital of Griffin Premium Real Estate, a Dutch entity listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Globalworth confirmed that is plans to raise approximately €300 million through a non‐pre-emptive placing of new ordinary shares. The funds would be used for new purchases in Poland (two office buildings) and Romania (three office building) with a total value of €410 million. The company also published its latest development plans.

Globalworth Real Estate Investments announced the completion of the previously announced acquisition of Green Court Bucharest Building C. The transaction was effected through the acquisition of 100% of the shares of SPC Epsilon Property Development Company s.r.l., the company owning the asset, for a consideration paid to Skanska of approximately €38 million.
