After delivering the first two office buildings of the Globalworth Campus complex in Bucharest, the developer has started the construction of Tower 3, with a total leasable area of 35,000 sqm. The main tenant is Nokia Solutions & Network, which is also the main tenant at GPRE's West Gate, an adjacent high-quality office property which comprises a further 16,600 sqm.

Globalworth Real Estate Investment Limited in partnership with BT Capital Partners, a company of Banca Transilvania Financial Group, announced the second admission to trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) of the corporate bonds issued by the company, with a total value of €550 million.

Globalworth Poland Real Estate has agreed on terms and is conditionally proceeding with the acquisition of Quattro Business Park in Krakow, Poland.

Globalworth has announced the execution of a second loan agreement with its subsidiary, Globalworth Poland (GPRE). The loan is being made available to GPRE for a refinancing of the existing financial indebtedness of GPRE and its subsidiaries and the potential acquisition of two new assets currently under due diligence while offering a more flexible capital structure for the expansionary phase that GPRE is in.

Growthpoint Properties, a South African REIT, has agreed to subscribe for shares in Griffin Premium RE (GPRE). The company is to invest between €120 million and €150 million.

Globalworth Poland (GPRE) announced the acquisition of Warta Tower, a modern office tower in the City Centre West district of Warsaw for a consideration of €55 million.

As at 31 December 2017, Globalworth's combined real estate portfolio was valued at €1,815.4 million, comprising €1,135.3 million in Romania and €680.1 million in Poland via GPRE. Globalworth posted its results for the year 2017.

Griffin Premium Real Estate, 71.7% owned by Globalworth, is being rebranded as Globalworth Poland and will be renamed as Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V.
