Panattoni has been granted financing for Panattoni Park Lublin II with an area of around 84,000 sqm. The €48 million loan was granted by Bank Pekao SA.

GTC has appointed Barbara Sikora, an experienced financial leader to head the financial activities of the group. She will replace Ariel Ferstman after he moves to lead GTC's expansion in new sectors and markets focusing on M&A, fundraising and capital markets.

Panattoni launched the construction of Panattoni Park Lublin IV in March. Eventually, the centre will comprise almost 55,000 sqm. The main support for the development is €32.8 million of financing from Alior Bank.

Panattoni is building another strategic development for the Warsaw market. The developer has been granted €57 million in financing from Bank Pekao SA for the development of Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II, which is to become one of the largest business and industrial platforms in the region.

Panattoni has been granted €67 million to construct a building as part of Panattoni Park Poznań A2. The development is to be handed over in October this year with the entire area of 82,000 sqm to be leased by a giant from the clothing industry.

MLP Group has signed a new financing agreement with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., whereby the Bank has committed over €19.7 million. The facility will be used to finance and partially refinance the MLP Czeladź project with a target leasable area of approximately 68,000 sqm. The Kycia Legal law firm advised on the transaction.

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €117 million investment loan facility to a logistics fund managed by GLP Capital Partners (GCP). The fund will utilise the proceeds for the refinancing of the development of a logistics portfolio in Poland and the Czech Republic. pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.

Bogi Gabrovic, CFO of CTP Poland talked to Property Forum at MIPIM about the current situation in the Polish warehouse market, the main drivers of demand and the developer’s plans for growth.

MLP Group has signed a new agreement with Santander Bank Polska. The bank has provided it with financing of more than €19 million and PLN 4 million. The funds will be used to refinance the existing warehouse facilities and finance the construction of new warehouse facilities within the MLP Łódź logistics park. A syndicate of four banks granted HB Reavis a loan for refinancing the Varso Place project, a mixed-use scheme in central Warsaw. The total amount of €475 million makes it the largest non-portfolio loan in the history of the commercial real estate market in Poland and one of the biggest in Central and Eastern Europe. The last stage of Varso Place, Varso Tower, was delivered in 2022.
