Panattoni has been awarded financing to develop Panattoni Park Łódź West II – one of the biggest industrial projects in the western part of Łódź. A loan of €25 million has been granted by mBank.

Panattoni has received its second loan from Alior Bank. This time, the developer was granted financing of almost €6.5 million to build a BTS project for Air Spiralo – a manufacturer of ventilation systems. 

The completion of Garbe Green Park Piešťany in Slovakia is close as Garbe has secured a third loan for the finalisation. The loan from Oberbank is in the volume of €14.6 million.

Justyna Kędzierska-Klukowska, Head of the Warsaw office at Berlin Hyp AG, talked to Property Forum about the current availability of financing and the conditions of the Polish real estate investment market.

7R has obtained a development loan for the 7R City Flex Katowice I project. The financing of €15.5 million was provided by mBank.

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €120 million investment loan facility to a logistics fund managed by GLP Capital Partners (GCP). The fund will utilise the proceeds for the refinancing of the development of a logistics portfolio in the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.

Globalworth has been granted significant funding in the form of a €145 million bank loan for three flagship properties in Warsaw.

As elsewhere, the investment market in Poland is struggling with high interest rates and financing costs.
