Syrena Real Estate, owner of properties in Warsaw and Wrocław, has signed a Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (cPPA) with Polenergia Sprzedaż, for the supply of green energy in the next four years.
The contract covers the Diuna office complex (46,000 sqm), the HOP office building (14,000 sqm) and the PRS Habitu building (3,000 sqm) in Warsaw and Office Komandorska in Wrocław (4,000 sqm).
The energy will be generated by the FW Dębsk and FF Strzelino wind farms owned by the Polenergia Group.
“The agreement fits perfectly with our aim to minimise the environmental impact of our projects and reduce their carbon footprint,” said Witold Zatoński, Founder of Syrena Real Estate.
Ireneusz Sawicki of Polenergia Sprzedaż added that cPPAs are the cornerstone of the energy transition in the real estate sector.
Syrena Real Estate manages a property portfolio spanning 110,000 sqm that has a market value of €435 million.
