While in the 90s many companies have opened offices in several city districts, today they are trying to rationalise costs by divesting older buildings. Among the sellers is the insurance company Allianz, which thus has sold its 2 buildings in Bratislava, reports YIMBA.sk.
The Allianz insurance company sold its buildings on Račianska and Karloveska streets in Bratislava. The developer company Sibareal became the owner of both of them.
Sibareal develops several residential and warehouse projects in Bratislava and elsewhere in Slovakia. In the past, it built the mixed-use complex Jarabinka. The Sibareals flagship and the most important planned project at the moment is the Stollwerck Residence, a complex with a high-rise building on the corner of Račianská and Jarošová Streets.
