Stollwerck Residence has moved closer to construction start after years of controversy, reports Yimba.sk. The project is to be built on a cramped plot of land at the busy road junction next to the defunct railway line to Filiálka in Bratislava.


In 2016 the environmental impact assessment (EIA) began and the project called then Fenix Park received a positive binding opinion from the Capital. The investor at that time was WIGRO TRADE CENTER, a.s. However, the Bratislava Nové Mesto district concluded that the development conflicts with the Regional Plan. The investor appealed, and the District Office returned the matter for a new hearing. Since then, the project has undergone several changes. The most important one is the change in ownership to 3DUBY PARK with shareholder Sibareal. The developer modified the design into 2  blocks with 126 residential units.

The investor is now applying for a building permit for the main building, i.e. both blocks and underground garages with 246 parking spaces. The permitting process should last at least several months. The construction could begin as early as 2025 with completion between 2027 and 2028.
