The Medze project between the city quarters Dúbravka and Karlova Ves in Bratislava by Penta Real Estate is bringing hundreds of apartments and other accommodation units to the area undeveloped so far. The project has now passed an important milestone, reports Yimba.sk.
The development has been known for several years and is currently heading towards the environmental impact assessment (EIA) completion. The valid decision is expected to be issued soon. In addition, as confirmed by Lenka Vargová, PR specialist at Penta Real Estate, the first and second stages of the project have been issued with the consent and binding opinions of the Capital.
With the Capital approval and after the EIA decision becomes valid, the developer can move the project to the next step of the permitting procedure. According to the EIA evaluated variant, the development should contain 520 apartments and 280 recreational units. Residents and visitors will have 1,246 parking spaces available. The territory is divided into 2 zones. In the first stage, the north zone should be built followed by the second south zone.
Estimated construction costs are €70 million. Considering the state of preparation of the project, the construction start can be expected in the second half of 2025. The developer also announced that the sale of apartments will not commence until next year. The project has been designed by the Pantograph Architectural Studio.
