Penta Real Estate has presented the current version of the Medze residential project in Bratislava's Dúbravka. At the same time, it has submitted documents for the environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the next stage of the project to the relevant authorities this week.
The current design was created in response to discussions with the capital Bratislava. The changes aimed to improve the lighting conditions of the housing units and to make maximum use of the views offered by the sloping terrain. The three stages, located in the northern part of the slope, will bring 23 buildings with two to twelve floors with a predominantly residential function. After the planned change of the zoning plan, which is underway in the locality, these three stages will deliver approximately 820 housing units, including apartments.
The construction of the first stage is planned for the first half of 2026. As part of it, 4 residential buildings with seven to eleven floors will be built. The project will be connected to the reconstructed tram radial. The area will include a kindergarten, commercial units, a square with water features and 1,246 parking spaces, more than 90% of them will be located underground.
Penta Real Estate submitted documents for environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the next stage of the project to the relevant authorities. It will be located on the border of the Karlova Ves and Dúbravka districts in an area of more than 18,000 sqm. The stage will bring 4 residential buildings and one rental housing building with six to eight floors and 408 parking spaces, most of which will be in underground garages.
