Panattoni has secured financing for its investment in the Pomerania region—Panattoni Park Gdańsk City Airport. The project consists of two speculative distribution halls being built near Gdańsk Airport. Santander Bank Polska granted the €17.3 million loan.

"Gdańsk is a strategic point on Poland’s logistics map. Our project responds to the growing demand for industrial space in the region, where the vacancy rate is among the lowest in the country. Thanks to the loan from Santander Bank Polska, we can strengthen our offer in Pomerania, where we have already delivered nearly 700,000 sqm of modern industrial space", says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni. She adds: "Our latest Tricity investment will allow tenants to fully leverage a unique combination of transport options, integrating air, land, and sea solutions."

Panattoni Park Gdańsk City Airport is located directly adjacent to Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport and just 3 km from the Tricity bypass, providing access to maritime transport (Baltic Hub, 20 km) and Gdańsk city centre (13 km). The project, with a total area of over 19,400 sqm, includes two halls measuring 14,800 sqm and 4,600 sqm. The distribution centre is to meet the highest sustainability standards and will be certified BREEAM Excellent. The development will incorporate technologies that reduce energy and water consumption, translating into operational cost savings for tenants.
