She adds: "Our latest Tricity investment will allow tenants to fully leverage a unique combination of transport options, integrating air, land, and sea solutions."

Panattoni Park Gdańsk City Airport is located directly adjacent to Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport and just 3 km from the Tricity bypass, providing access to maritime transport (Baltic Hub, 20 km) and Gdańsk city centre (13 km). The project, with a total area of over 19,400 sqm, includes two halls measuring 14,800 sqm and 4,600 sqm. The distribution centre is to meet the highest sustainability standards and will be certified BREEAM Excellent. The development will incorporate technologies that reduce energy and water consumption, translating into operational cost savings for tenants.
