Panattoni has secured financing from mBank for its latest project in the Małopolska region of Poland. The €26 million funding will be used to develop the new logistics complex, Panattoni Park Kraków East V.

Panattoni’s new investment aligns with the growth of the Małopolska warehouse market, which recently exceeded 1 million square meters of total space.

"We have delivered about one-third of the total supply to Kraków's industrial property market. This region is particularly challenging due to the limited availability of land. It also has one of the lowest vacancy rates in Poland, demonstrating significant tenant interest in modern warehouse spaces", said Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni. She added, "Securing financing from mBank for Panattoni Park Kraków East, our latest investment in Małopolska, confirms the financial market's confidence in our projects and the stability of Poland's logistics real estate sector."

Panattoni Park Kraków East V is being built on a 10-hectare site in Zakrzów, with construction work starting in October last year. The project includes a building of 39,000 square meters that will achieve a BREEAM Excellent certification. Flexible modular conditions will enable the facility to accommodate various processes, from typical logistics operations to light manufacturing. One of the first tenants is Highway Automotive, which will occupy 8,000 square meters. Starting in May, the company will supply global markets from this location with parts for trucks, buses, and construction and agricultural machinery.
