Originally, the designs for Panattoni Park Sulechów III comprised a 90,000 sqm building constructed to the requirements of a leading e-commerce operator, but later the client took the decision for the building to be extended by a further 46,000 sqm.

The building has been certified under BREEAM with a rating of Excellent and is fitted out with a range of environmentally friendly solutions such as BMS systems, intelligent lighting, and a roof suitable for the installation of solar panels.
