A leader in fashion retail has leased 56,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Legnica (Lower Silesia, southwestern Poland).

"Our leasing performance last year underscores Lower Silesia’s role as a key logistics hub in this part of Europe. It also demonstrates that e-commerce continues to drive demand for modern, well-located industrial spaces," says Marek Dobrzycki, Partner at Panattoni. He adds: "In a short time, we've signed two agreements in the region with a significant player in the fashion industry - first in Głogów and now in Legnica. Combined, these leases cover 95,000 sqm dedicated to e-commerce operations. The tenant has already gained early access to the rented space in the Legnica park and is preparing to launch regular operations."

Panattoni Park Legnica is the first modern logistics park near the city of Legnica. It is located along the S3 expressway, running along Poland’s western border - from Świnoujście to Lubawka at the Czech border. The nearby A4 motorway connects the southwest and southeast regions of Poland.

Ultimately, the park will encompass nearly 120,000 sqm. The space can be flexibly adapted to tenant needs, and the facility features spacious manoeuvring areas, ground-level gates, and convenient parking. The entire project will undergo BREEAM certification.
