Panattoni has completed the expansion of Panattoni Park Koluszki and obtained an occupancy permit. Located in central Poland, the industrial park is now fully leased.

"Panattoni Park Koluszki is another example of our strategy of delivering high-quality, flexible logistics and production spaces precisely where our customers need them most," commented Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.

The investment was expanded by nearly 15,000 sqm, occupied by two existing tenants of the park. Kamoka, a European automotive parts brand, operates a modern distribution centre at this location, which, after expansion, totals 26,500 sqm. The second tenant is Pet Republic, part of the multifood LipCo Foods group, a producer of wet pet food, which operates an automated production facility along with warehouse space totalling 13,700 sqm.

"We have been growing dynamically since opening the plant in 2021. Within two years, we've maximized our production capacities. In Poland, we are already present in most retail chains, and we export to over 36 countries across Europe, Africa, and Central Asia. We continually attract new customers, which required increasing our production capacities by adding new lines for can and pouch production", said Jarosław Kowalewski, CEO of the Pet Republic, which develops the pet food segment within the multifood LipCo Foods group.

"We chose this location because of its central position in Poland, close to the major transportation hub connecting the A1 and A2 motorways. This allows us access to high-quality raw materials for our production, contributing significantly to our competitive pricing", said Anna Mystkowska, Production and Technology Director at Pet Republic. She added, "Quality and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for pet food manufacturing plants are as stringent as those for human food production facilities. We selected Panattoni because it was the only company willing to build a facility for us in this location."
