Panattoni has started speculative construction of the next phase of the Wrocław Campus 2 logistics complex. By June 2025, ca. 30,000 square meters will be delivered – part of a hall that will eventually reach 130,000 square meters, with the entire project totalling 160,000 square meters.

“Lower Silesia is the heart of Polish logistics and industry, consistently attracting investors from around the globe due to its unique combination of convenient location and dynamic infrastructure development. Panattoni has played a key role in the region’s growth for many years”, said Damian Kowalczyk, Development Director at Panattoni.

Wrocław Campus is one of Panattoni’s largest parks in Lower Silesia, a region where the developer has already delivered 2.3 million square meters of industrial space. The first phase of the project, covering 185,000 square meters, was sold in 2023 to P3 Logistic Parks, marking one of the largest transactions in the history of the Polish industrial real estate market. Panattoni subsequently completed the first phase of the next stage - a 30,000-square-meter hall handed over in the first quarter of this year. The developer has now commenced work on the next hall.

“Wrocław Campus 2 is located in the southern part of the city-in one of Europe’s best-developed logistics zones-adjacent to major production hubs like the massive LG complex. This creates immense potential for our investment, which provides excellent logistical and production support for the suppliers to these facilities. Direct access to the A4 and A8 motorways enables efficient distribution to key European markets such as Germany and Austria, with a customer base exceeding 100 million people”, commented Damian Kowalczyk, Development Director at Panattoni.

Wrocław Campus 2 is intended to achieve BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. Tenants will benefit from intelligent energy management systems and water-saving fixtures, leading to lower operating costs. The developer will also create green zones and install electric vehicle charging stations.
