GTC has signed a €60 million refinancing and investment loan with Raiffeisen Bank International AG for the refinancing of Green Heart, its new office project in Serbia. The office park has already reached a prelease level of 42%.

GTC S.A. signed a €46.5 million new loan agreement with BZ WBK for refinancing of Korona Office Complex. The complex offers about 36,800 sqm GLA in Kraków.

The Iulius Company completed a new office building spanning on over 13,000 sqm in Openville Timişoara, the mixed-use project the company develops together with Atterbury Europe in the vicinity of Iulius Mall. United Business Center 1 (UBC 1) is the second building opened in Timişoara in 2017, after UBC 2 (18,000 sqm) opened in January. Following this latest achievement, the total office area delivered by Iulius on the local market over a single year now adds up to 31,000 sqm.

Savills will manage two buildings in Poznań and three buildings in Warsaw. The two office buildings in Poznan are RB House and Dwór Hamburski. Tenants include IPF Group and T-Mobile Polska. Two other office buildings are Jasna 24 and Wola Plaza in Warsaw. Tenants include i.a. Hochtief Poland. The third Warsaw building is a modern warehouse Airport House with office and social facilities. The total portfolio under management amounts to 25,000 sqm.

Chapman Taylor reported that construction on Expo Business Park in Bucharest is underway. The 70,586 sqm development comprises three separate and self-contained office buildings set over a shared two-level basement parking structure.

The development of Hungary’s largest office building to be constructed in a single block has reached an important milestone: the new Telekom Headquarters building is now structurally complete. Developer Wing Zrt, has customised the 100,000 sqm building fully in line with the specific needs of the Magyar Telekom Group.

Wrocław’s office market continues its upward momentum. Office take-up hit 132,100 sqm in the first three quarters of 2017, representing a 70% rise on the same period of 2016, says tenant-only real estate advisory firm Cresa in its latest report.

Skanska plans to launch the construction of one new office building per year in Budapest. The construction of Mill Park is currently underway and works on the third phase of Nordic Light are to be launched in January 2018.

The first phase of Futureal’s Corvin 5 office complex is the first building in Hungary and the second in Europe to receive the international WELL Building Platinum pre-certification. The office building valued at €90 million and equipped with the latest environmentally friendly technologies is expected to be handed over by the end of 2018 in Budapest. Corvin 5 has been designed to make a positive impact on employees’ health and well-being.

AFI Europe Romania has signed the first lease agreement for AFI Tech Park, the company’s newest business park developed in Bucharest. World Class Romania, a leader on the Romanian health & fitness field, will be the first tenant of the campus, by leasing 1,500 sqm GLA spread on the ground floor and the first floor of AFI Tech Park 1. The lease contract was signed for a period of 10 years.
