Futureal receives three WELL precertifications

Futureal Group has become the first property developer in Europe to receive the WELL Building Platinum Precertification for three of its office building projects at the same time. Advance Tower, Corvin Technology & Science Park (Corvin 5) and Budapest One Business Park have been designed and will be operated to make a positive impact on employees’ health and wellbeing. pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank provided an investment facility of €41.4 million to companies owned by a professional private real estate investor and managed by development and investment company Amesbury s.r.o. The funds will be used to refinance the Zlicin and Chrastany business parks near Prague. Thereby pbb extended the maturity of its financing by another five years. The transaction closed in December 2017.

Colliers REMS Hungary has been assigned by Skanska for the role of property manager for Mill Park Offices, from 2018. Mill Park is Skanska’s latest office project in Budapest, consisting of two buildings, Mill Park A and Mill Park B, with a total GLA of 36,000 sqm, divided over 7 floors and 538 parking places. Building B will be delivered in Q2 2018, while building A in Q3 2018.

New leases

  • TriGranit has signed a lease agreement with Rolling Wireless for more than 1,500 sqm of office space at Bartók Ház in Budapest. As a result of the long-term lease extension and expansion, Rolling Wireless has become the second-largest tenant in the building.
  • The first Pan Materac store in Suwałk, which spans nearly 350 sqm, has opened at the BIG Suwałki retail park.
  • The recreational offering at Fort Wola has been further enhanced. Zdrofit fitness club, which has operated at the centre since 2024, has expanded its floor space by an additional 790 sqm to house a modern pilates zone. Following this expansion, the club’s total footprint exceeds 2,280 sqm.

New appointments

  • Věra Hordóssyová has joined GARBE Group as Account and Financial Manager. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, having held roles such as Chief Accountant and Financial Controller.
  • Krzysztof Szargawiński has joined Avison Young Poland’s Office Agency team as an Associate Director. In his new role, Krzysztof will be responsible for leading the department’s projects in the Wrocław region. He brings over 20 years of experience in the Polish commercial real estate market, gained primarily in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Katowice.
  • Balázs Kun has joined Avison Young Hungary as Director, Industrial, Land & Development. He brings over 5 years of experience in the Hungarian real estate market, most recently serving at CBRE in the Industrial and Logistics department.
