The investor SIAG Multipurpose Center, belonging to the Austrian investment holding, has received a decision on environmental impact assessment for the next stage of the Petržalka City project in Bratislava, reports YIMBA.sk.
The assessment process at the Ministry of the Environment began in March 2023. The decision was issued only these days, i.e. after approximately two years.
According to the documentation, a 22-floor office building with a sports centre and a parking garage will be built. Parking will be provided on the first underground to the fourth above-ground floors, with 674 parking spaces and 184 bicycle stands.
After the completion of the construction works, the project will be supplemented with landscaping. In the case of the parking garage and the sports field, there will be a massive sloping vegetation roof, which will serve as a green park for the public. The roof will be directly connected to the adjacent public space.
