Established in 2012, New Work is an independent serviced office provider operating within the Central and Eastern European region (CEE). The new space will be New Work’s fifth location in Warsaw. Operations at the new location are scheduled to start in May 2025.

The Metron office building is a Class A office building offering approximately 10,000 sqm of office and retail/service space. Located at 69 Niepodległości Avenue in Warsaw's Mokotów district, the building combines elegant architecture with functionality. Designed by the well-known architectural firm JSK Architekci, the building was completed in 2002 and received the second prize in the "Construction of the Year" competition in the "Office Buildings" category that same year. The building has undergone an environmental audit and has received BREEAM In-Use certifications at the Excellent and Very Good levels.
