The construction of the first apartment building in the Rakyta project in Bratislava's Devínská Nová Ves by Lucron is progressing and the rough construction is nearing completion.
The Rakyta community housing concept is implemented in partnership with the investment group Across. The construction is progressing according to plan, it has reached full height, and the base building construction is being completed.
The first stage will bring six low-rise apartment buildings with 322 housing units. 238 trees will be planted and green areas will cover more than 9,200 sqm. The centre of the future Rakyta neighbourhood will create two interconnected squares with shops, a supermarket, cafes, a school and sports facilities. The authors of the master plan are architects and urban planners from the Spanish studio Arenas Basabe Palacios in cooperation with the Bratislava architectural office MoroczTacovsky and the Austrian landscape architects Yewo.
All apartment buildings will have green roofs in combination with photovoltaic panels for ecological hot water heating. At the end of 2025, the project will also make available the first sample apartments, the first residents could move to Rakyta in 2026.
