Lidl has chosen Apollo Nivy in Bratislava as the location of its head office in Slovakia. The relocation of more than 500 employees of the discount headquarters is planned for December of this year.
In addition to 8,000 sqm of offices, Lidl will also open an almost 700 sqm large training and testing facility for employees in the project. Apollo Nivy was designed by the London studio MAKE Architects and Slovakian Siebert + Talaš. Thanks to the design and use of the potential of the land, it reached an area of almost 8,000 sqm per floor. Together, it offers more than 55,000 sqm of rentable space on eight floors. The planned occupancy of Apollo Nivy will reach almost 90% by the end of the year.
