IWG, the provider of hybrid work spaces, aims to reach 25 centres in Hungary by the end of this year.

The company now has 17 centres in Budapest. Four new deals have been signed for different locations in the capital, of which three will open this year and the other one in 2026.

IWG has also opened five more centres outside Budapest: one in Szeged, one in Pécs, two in Debrecen, and one in Szentendre.

âIn the capital, the number of locations will be 20 by the end of 2025. IWG plans to develop another 10 locations in Hungary, totalling 35 centres eventually.

"We will continue to invest in our world-class platform and focus on rapidly growing our network in partnership with the property industry and investors, using low-investment expansion methods like management agreements, partnerships, and franchising," said Mark Dixon, IWG Founder and CEO.

Globally, IWG has signed 899 new centres to its network in 2024, and opened 624 new workspaces.

More than 95% of these locations are being delivered via managed partnerships, which aligns with IWG's low-investment strategy.
