ITB has launched a pre-sale of apartments in the fifth stage of the project Čerešne Plaza, bringing 423 new apartments to the Dúbravka district in Bratislava.
In the current pre-sale, ITB is offering apartments in the Čerešne Plaza stage at special prices. Clients can take advantage of a special offer of a down payment of only 9.9% of the apartment price, the rest will be paid only after the final building use approval.
The stage will bring a new square with shops, a natural amphitheatre, a fountain, a pond, a climbing wall and children's playgrounds. The standard of the apartments includes ceiling cooling, wooden floors, large-format windows, premium sanitary facilities and loggias. Residents will have access to a roof terrace, a community clubhouse and civic amenities in the area, including public transport and sports facilities.
The Čerešne project, which has been growing in Dúbravka since 2018, has so far attracted more than 1,000 residents. Construction will begin next spring and is expected to be completed in 2029.
