ITB development is changing the plans of the fourth phase in the Čerešne residential district, YIMBA.sk reports. The original intention has included a hotel or an accommodation facility with hotel apartments Čerešne Inn. Now it is being converted into apartment living.

The design was originally based on the requirements of the City Master Plan. The developer assumed the hotel offer could appeal to people from scientific and office campuses in the nearby Patrónka district. But now it has decided to modify the concept. Čerešne Inn is changing to Čerešne UP, a house with apartment living, intended for sale. The change is related to the development of the market situation and the ever-increasing interest in living in this location.

In Čerešne UP, 105 apartments are planned in a seven-floor building. The developer will offer future clients several benefits, such as a roof terrace for all residents with a barbecue zone, a workout field, mini golf, a green chill-out zone, and views of the surroundings.

ITB intends to start the pre-sale already in the middle of this month. The company announced that a limited number of apartments will be offered at special pre-sale prices.

According to current estimates, construction should start in the first quarter of 2025. Construction work will take approximately two years. Completion or approval is expected in mid-2027.
