GTC has announced the sale of its GTC X office building in Belgrade for €52 million. The transaction, finalized in early February, generated net proceeds of €24 million for GTC after the repayment of a bank loan.
This sale is part of GTC’s ongoing strategy to optimize its portfolio and strengthen its financial position.
GTC X is a modern office building with nearly 18,000 sqm of prime space that features a striking glass façade and a flexible, X-shaped design.
“This sale is a key step in further strengthening our financial position,” said Gyula Nagy, President of the Management Board at GTC. “It enhances our liquidity and gives us greater financial flexibility moving forward.”
Earlier this year, GTC sold a prime land plot in Warsaw for €55 million and the Matrix C office building in Zagreb for €27 million.
GTC manages across Europe a commercial real estate portfolio of 45 buildings, providing around 745,000 sqm of office and retail space.
