GLP has announced that it is set to unveil its second project in Lędziny (Upper Silesia, Poland). GLP Park Lędziny II will offer 40,000 sqm of rentable space and construction is expected to take approximately eight months once initiated.

This new project will be GLP’s second in the city and close to GLP Park Lędziny I. It will be located c.10 minutes away from the A4 motorway, a major transport route in southern Poland that supports a range of industries such as international logistics, and light manufacturing.

GLP Park Lędziny II will adhere to GLP’s ongoing commitment to sustainability by featuring energy-efficient solutions such as a solar-ready roof, smart metering, and LED lighting. The project will aim to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification and promote a green, biodiverse environment.

Marcin Żuchniewicz, Business Development Manager at GLP, said: “This is our second project in Lędziny and our sixth in the Upper Silesia region which reflects our ongoing commitment to providing premium, state-of-the-art warehouse spaces in high-demand areas. We also remain committed to advancing warehouse standards in Poland through the delivery of high-quality logistics infrastructure with strong sustainability credentials.”
