GLP has completed the development of the final warehouse at its logistics and production centre in Magnice, near Wrocław (southern Poland).

The final warehouse of the Wrocław V Logistics Centre offers over 67,000 sqm of leasable space. It is suitable for both logistics operations and light manufacturing and is the largest facility of its kind in Lower Silesia that is available for immediate use.

Certified „Outstanding” under the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM), the property incorporates a range of features designed to reduce carbon emissions and improve efficiency. These include robust thermal insulation, smart metering for real-time energy monitoring, and energy-efficient LED lighting. Eco-certified EPD materials are used for interior finishes, and air quality is monitored throughout the offices. The site also features a large parking area, including EV charging stations.

The hall’s 12 m clear height and floor load capacity of up to 10 tons per square metre make it suitable for a wide range of uses, including secure high-bay storage, the installation of production lines, or warehouse automation. Tenants will additionally benefit from access to a high-strength power supply.

Wrocław V Logistics Centre is located on the S8 expressway, enabling quick and easy access to Wrocław, the A4 and A8 motorways, and the S3 and S5 expressways. With over 120 buses and trains operating daily, the building’s tenants will also benefit from connectivity to downtown Wrocław and other suburban areas, including the cities of Świdnica and Wałbrzych.

The general contractor for the final stage of Wrocław V Logistics Centre was Bremer.

Jarosław Czechowicz, Country Manager, GLP Poland, said: “Like the other completed warehouses at the Wrocław V Logistics Centre, this final building has been developed for companies requiring top-quality warehouse or production space. Notably, this energy-efficient facility with easy access to key transport routes goes beyond the standard technical specifications typically found in speculative developments. Together with our clients, we aim to create a standout location on the Lower Silesian logistics map.”
