Panattoni has signed a lease contract for over 16,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Goleniów I with logistics operator Fiege. With this deal, the entire 60,000 sqm park has been fully commercialised.

Fiege now uses the new space for warehousing with almost 800 sqm reserved for offices. The German-based firm began operations in the building in June this year.

“We are pleased that Fiege has joined our tenants in Panattoni Park Goleniów. This lease agreement demonstrates how attractive our location is with its excellent conditions for logistics and commerce”, says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, the Managing Director at Panattoni. “As a result of this transaction, the entire park has now been leased, which demonstrates how investor interest in the region around Szczecin continues to rise. Panattoni has already delivered 800,000 sqm to the Western Pomerania region and has a further 83,000 sqm under construction”.

“Panattoni has given us a great location in Goleniów where we already operate another Distribution Centre. This partnership has made it possible for us at Fiege to grow even more in the Western Pomeranian region. We will use our new distribution centre to provide logistics services to one of our clients from the e-commerce sector”, says Tomasz Przybył, the Head of Business Development at Fiege.

Panattoni Park Goleniów I is a logistics centre comprising two class A warehouse buildings within the Goleniów Industrial Park. The park has good transport links including the nearby A6 motorway and the S3 expressway, which provide quick access to the major cities of Poland and Germany, including Berlin. With its direct rail link to other European cities and being near to Szczecin-Goleniów Airport as well as the Szczecin-Świnoujście seaport, the location makes an attractive base for companies operating across different European markets.

The park has been certified under BREEAM, resulting in lower operating costs for its users and this also helps support them in attaining their climate goals.
