CPI Property Group (CPIPG) has signed 198 leasing contracts covering 128,400 sqm of the company’s office space in Warsaw during 2024, which accounted for 18% of the total demand for office space in the city.
In the retail segment, the group signed 124 contracts for almost 40,000 sqm across its network of 23 shopping centres and retail parks. Following these deals, the retail portfolio has reached almost full occupancy rate.
The highest quality properties are continuing to strengthen their market position – in terms of their location, technical standards and ESG criteria, according to Izabela Potrykus, Head of Leasing Offices at CPIPG.
In Warsaw, CPIPG’s office portfolio covers 20 office buildings with a leasable area of 516,000 sqm and a combined value of €1.6 billion. Meanwhile, the retail portfolio covers 272,000 sqm and has a value of €437 million.
