CBRE has announced the appointment of Matic Kermavnar as the new Country Head Slovenia within its Southeast Europe (SEE) office.
Matic joined the CBRE team at the beginning of 2022 with the opening of the Ljubljana office. Previously, he managed the property management portfolio for Slovenia and Croatia. His expertise spans portfolio management, banking, real estate owned (REO), asset management, and investment banking.
Boško Tomašević, Managing Director for the SEE region at CBRE, commented that under Matic’s leadership, CBRE is well-positioned to continue its growth and deliver value to clients in Slovenia.
