Viterra will occupy a 1,500 sqm office in the Olivia Prime building in Gdańsk. Design Anatomy studio is responsible for the design of the space.
Toys retailer Jumbo has leased around 8,000 sqm for a new store in RIVUS Cluj-Napoca, the mixed-use project jointly developed by Iulius and Atterbury Europe. Jumbo Group currently operates 19 stores across Romania.
New leases and extensions have been signed for a total of 18,000 sqm in the Metropolitan office building in Warsaw. Companies such as HP and LCP Group have decided to continue their operations in the building.
New appointments
On 1 October 2024, Katarzyna Unold became the head of TDJ Estate. Maciej Wójcik resigned from the position of CEO. For the past six years, Katarzyna has held the position of Managing Director at ACCIONA Nieruchomości.
Magdalena Frąckowiak has become a new member of GTC's Supervisory Board, replacing Sławomir Niemierka. She is an attorney-at-law with more than 15 years of professional experience in legal advice in commercial, corporate, M&A and financing matters.
Julita Kubalska was promoted to Head of Leasing Retail at GTC in Poland and will be responsible for the commercialization of Galeria Północna and Galeria Jurajska. She is a manager with more than 18 years of experience in the retail and commercial real estate industry, having experience on both the tenant and shopping centre side. She has been with GTC since 2022.
