Tétris, a designer and implementer of office and retail space, that belongs to the portfolio of real estate consulting company JLL, has a new CEO of its Prague branch. Lucie Loudová, who was hired as the company's business development director in 2019, is now taking over the directors’ position as well.

Gergely Biró is the new CEO of Hungary’s OTP Real Estate Fund Management. The aim of the change is to further increase the fund manager's share in the domestic market with new, innovative investment solutions following the consolidation of the portfolio and to enter the regional markets with its products in the coming years.

The Supervisory Board of CA Immo decided to extend the mandate of Management Board member Keegan Viscius, which expires on December 31, 2021, prematurely by another three years until December 31, 2024 in the function as CIO (Chief Investment Officer).

Hungarian real estate developer Biggeorge Property is expanding its management team. The company's strategy for the next five years targets further substantial growth and the new managers were added to help achieve these goals, owner-CEO Tibor Nagygyörgy said.

Impact Developer & Contactor has named Constantin (Tinu) Sebeșanu as CEO of the company, with a 4-year mandate. He is replacing Sorin Apostol, who was appointed Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors at the General Shareholders Meeting.

Cushman & Wakefield has announced new appointments to its Central & Eastern Europe leadership team. The new structure aims to provide the firm’s clients, many of which view CEE as a whole, with a platform to support requirements across the region, while complementing and coordinating activity at a country level in Central Europe as well as Russia and Turkey.

Facility services provider ISS has exited the Romanian market as part of a regional transaction that includes three more Eastern Europe countries. ISS said that the divestments are in line with the company’s strategy to simplify and focus its business on key account customers. 

John McKie will join CA Immo Hungary as Managing Director from 1 June 2021. In this function, he takes over responsibility for the Hungarian business activities, including asset management, leasing, marketing and tenant relations.

JLL Czech Republic announced the appointment of Alexandra Tomášková as Head of Office Solutions effective 1 May 2021. In her new role at JLL, Alexandra Tomášková will focus on the office sector with direct oversight of the firm's Office Leasing businesses together with Workplace Strategy and Project Management. In her new role, she will also closely cooperate with JLL’s Tétris Design & Build and Capital Markets teams on office-related services.
